track was damn fun today lah! cracked lots of stupid jokes -.- and trained well today. but i guess i didnt have the determination to finish the self-training =x onli did 4 400m raps with nana (: rarrh! AND IT'S VDAY ON WED! we were thinking of doing sth for our beloved lao chen :D LOL then they said track dinner on wed -.- but i guess lao chen needs to celebrate vday with his wife! :D so sweet huh x) haha
