16yrs of age, at least 45kg, no cough/flu/fever for one week before you donate blood, didnt go places with risk of malaria in 3yrs (even if you took malaria pills), etc etc.

i couldnt donate today, but at least i got someone to donate with me (: haha 3 yrs.. argh. why did i go for ocip ): regretting it for the first time. okay, mebbe 2nd time. i dont know. =x haha PLEASE GO DONATE BLOOD. haiz depressing day. the thought of me not being able to donate bloood in these 3 yrs makes me wanna kill myself >X(
OH, if ur 50kg, u can go test if u haf malaria or not :) if u dont have malaria, even if u went to a place with risk of malaria, u can still donate :D

(: ate dinner wif family & brother-in-law LOL was bullying him lahh =x stupid day! HAHAH (:
